This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through virtuecasa.com for virtual staging and related digital services provided by VirtueCasa LLC (“VirtueCasa,” “we,” “us”).

1) Digital-services policy (important)
VirtueCasa provides custom digital deliverables (e.g., virtually staged images). Because work is custom and value is delivered digitally, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and/or deliverables have been delivered.

2) Cancellations and refunds before work begins
If you request a cancellation before we begin work on your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request cancellation, email darren@virtuecasa.com with your order details.

3) After work begins: generally non-refundable
Once we have started work (including project setup, drafting, rendering, or editing), the order is generally non-refundable.
If you want to stop the order after work begins, contact us immediately. In limited cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion based on work completed, payment processing fees, and whether any files have already been delivered.

4) If you’re not satisfied: revisions first
If the delivered files do not reasonably match the scope you purchased or your provided instructions, your primary remedy is correction via revisions.
• Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide specific requested changes (e.g., style direction, furniture swaps, placement adjustments).
• If we can reasonably correct the issue within the project scope, we will do so.

5) When a refund may be issued after delivery
A refund (full or partial) may be issued if either of the following applies:
1. We cannot deliver the purchased service as promised and cannot provide a reasonable fix within a reasonable time; or
2. There is a material defect in the deliverables that we cannot correct through revisions (e.g., the wrong room/image was staged and we cannot remediate).
If a refund is approved, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the order.

6) Non-refundable items
Refunds are not provided for:
• dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after we have delivered work that matches the agreed scope/instructions;
• delays caused by missing/unclear Client Materials or late change requests;
• issues caused by third-party platforms (MLS, listing sites) or their rules;
• requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

7) Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact darren@virtuecasa.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

8) How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
